the Bible of quenching

For all the metallurgists and engineers involved in the heat treatment specially quenching this is a "must read" book. This book helped me to understand a lot of issues and to develop a succesful quenching without cracking, distortion and with compressive residual stresses. Worth it. I have other quenching books but this is best.
The chapters are very well explained and all the theory involved in the different types of quenchings (oil, bath, spray) is very well addressed.
