A well written book that a chemical engineer can use. A great companion book with Byrds Transport Phenomena and The Chemical Engineers handbook. Written from the perspective of design of chemical processes and applicable to other fields as well, such as physics, biochemistry, food science ect. Covers economic aspects and safety issues and general engineering design considerations. Not outdated.
